You must respect your body, love it, it is part of you, isn’t it? Lately we have seen you focused on the growth of your soul, of your spirit, and in some way, you have neglected your physical body. You have forgotten about the importance of taking care of the temple for worshiping the Lord. Your temple is your body, you must protect it. What does taking care of it mean? To respect it? It is to seek for its wellness (by resting, feeding it healthily, exercising it) and not overexposing it or harming it. But especially, you must not get saturated with too many activities; you have to breathe, when you breathe, you allow light, air, and energy inside your body. Remember to take deep breaths several times during the day and take care of your body.
